Our work has prepared leaders to act as role models and empowered people across the organisation to stand up when they see a colleague treated unfairly.
Making a more inclusive place to work
OUR IMPACT
Since 2014, we’ve helped Anglo American continually identify and resolve key barriers to inclusivity through a combination of research
and creative comms.
We use pared-back visuals and tone of voice to deliver grounded messaging to local teams in often challenging environments.
Our work has included…
Documentation, charters and manager and employee guides for a new values-driven Code of Conduct and a range of forward-thinking, inclusive policies, e.g. Family Friendly and Carer Leave Policy (2022).
Conversational workshops delivered globally to every employee through a train-the-trainer scheme to stress-test the Code of Conduct and later launch their Bullying Harassment and Victimisation policy through authentic situational dilemmas.
Digital comms, posters and intranet pages helping employees identify bullying and harassment – messaging centred around a call to ‘know where the line is’.
Interactive animated films and an e-Learning module starting nuanced discussions of bullying and harassment scenarios and what bystanders can do to help.
Choosing to do the right thing
OUR SOLUTION
Anglo American wanted to build a more inclusive culture based around their core values.
Their challenge was scale. The organisation had 90,000 employees and contractors across many countries, cultures and educational backgrounds, often working in challenging environments day-to-day.
